• This Site is operated by Gluten Free Cuisine, trading as From Silvia (ABN: 70 380 287 752) ("we", "us", "our").
• We offer fresh, gluten-free baked goods and food items available via online pre-order for collection at designated market stalls across Sydney and surrounding regions.
• We do not offer delivery services. All orders are strictly for market pickup.

To ensure freshness and prepare stock accurately, strict ordering deadlines apply:

• Weekly cutoff time: all orders for the upcoming week must be placed by 2:00 PM (AEST) on Sunday.
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM on Sunday will be ready for collection at your selected market during that coming week (e.g. ordering by 2:00 PM Sunday allows pickup at Hornsby Market on Thursday of that same week).
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Sunday will default to the following week's market schedule.
• Order confirmation: an order is considered accepted once full payment is processed and you receive an email order confirmation.

Because all items are made fresh to order and ingredients are prepared specifically for each scheduled market, the following cancellation policy applies:

• No refunds on cancellations: once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
• Order forfeiture: if you choose to cancel your order at any point after submission, your order and payment will be forfeited due to production scheduling and ingredient allocation.
• Cancellations by us: in the rare event of severe weather, market closure, or unforeseen production issues on our end, we will contact you directly to arrange a full refund or transfer your order to a future market date.

• Location & hours: orders must be collected from the specific market location and during official market hours selected at checkout (e.g. Hornsby Market, Warriewood Market, Orange Grove Markets, Castle Hill Farmers Market, Mona Vale Market, or Blackheath Growers Market).
• If you fail to collect your order during designated market hours on your scheduled day, your order will be forfeited.
• Uncollected items cannot be refunded, re-baked, or rescheduled for another market date.

• All prices on the Site are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
• Full payment is required at the time of placing an order online. We accept payments via the secure online payment gateways provided at checkout.
• We reserve the right to change product prices, available offerings, or market schedules at any time without prior notice.

• 100% gluten free: all products are crafted in a dedicated 100% gluten-free environment to prevent cross-contamination.
• Other dietary options: while we offer dairy-free, egg-free, refined sugar-free, and vegan options across our range, our kitchen handles ingredients such as nuts, seeds, and eggs.
• Customer responsibility: customers with severe food allergies or non-celiac dietary requirements are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists or contacting us directly before placing an order.
• Informational content: product descriptions and dietary labels on this website are provided for general information only.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If there is a major fault or quality defect with your order upon pickup, please contact us immediately or visit our market stall so we can resolve the issue.

• Enquiry form: information submitted through our online contact form will be used solely to respond to your inquiry or manage your order.
• Intellectual property: all content on this Site - including logos, product descriptions, photography, design, and graphics - is owned by or licensed to Gluten Free Cuisine and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
