We use this in some of our popular GF quiches that our customers are loving.

Question 1: John, briefly describe what your business offers and why you do what you do?
John: At Dos Juans Fine Food we produce quality gourmet foods maintaining the traditional methods and flavours the same way our parents and grandparents did in Spain. We use ethical and nutritionally grown raw ingredients fresh directly from our farm.
Question2: We’re so excited to be including this in our Christmas Special Quiches! Tell us more about that?
John: Our salamis and chorizos are prepared straight from the farm from our organically grown pigs that are free to roam. Everything is gluten and soy free, all very healthy and well prepared, with nothing artificially added.
The vintage cheese is a cheddar which is just superb and melts in your mouth! It goes well in your sandwiches and in your cooking. Silvia does a great job in preparing it in her Gluten Free goodies.
Question 3: How would you describe in 3 words the qualities you look for in the food you choose to eat?
John: Nutritious, Gourmet, Healthy (including no additives or soy)
