Podcast Interview #2 With Geraldine: Quality, Flavour, Convenience!

We interviewed Geraldine, an avid and loyal customer of From Silvia who has supported us over the years.

Tess: Can you share with us which of our products you consider are standouts and why?
Geraldine: For me personally, It is the bread because I know having experimented with gluten free food myself, bread is very difficult to do. And no one could not fail to be impressed with silvias breads. I especially love the little brown rolls. (Listen to the audio below for ways Geraldine prepares her bread!)
Tess: I understand you enjoy our Grain Free Chocolate Cake … please tell us more ?
Geraldine: Yes I always get that! As soon as I get it, I cut it into segments and put it in my freezer. It freezes beautifully. It defrosts after 20 minutes. I also find it very medicinal! And I love that it has dark belgium chocolate in it and Silvia doesn’t add any sugar to it. (Listen to the audio below to hear more about how she impresses her guests with this dish!)
